Tzaharon
Curriculum
Each week’s theme has a driving question and overarching project of the week. Our children become fully engaged by building museums and zoos, becoming reporters, artists, veterinarians and more. Activities involve inventing, cooking, puppet theater, games, missions, and adventures that empower them to direct their own learning.
Each Day there are activities that exercise the gross and fine motor skills, projects and stations that promote sharing and articulating ideas and feelings. As children vary in their learning styles, we provide multiple opportunities to captivate all senses to master the skills of the week.

What will my child learn?
Each week we introduce a new letter and corresponding theme. We rotate between different learning stations to practice and master skills of identifying the letter name, sound and proper formation. Our curriculum includes special weeks designed to reflect on our portfolio of learning.
We also use book club days to explore literary elements and integrate life skills. Every fifth week, we have reflection week where we meet each student individually to further evaluate their developmental progress and make meaning of the things they loved just as much as the things they found challenging.

We strive to ensure that we continue uninterrupted as this is most important for the children.
